Biography | Dr Charles Goodson-Wickes is a business consultant and consulting physician. He served in The Life Guards in the British Army, attaining the rank of lieutenant colonel, and served in the First Gulf War. He has been the principal for two occupational health practices, advising companies including Barclays Bank and Rio Tinto, during the 1980s and 90s. He was the founder chairman of the Countryside Alliance and is the great-grandson of Sir Frank Fox, OBE. Sir Frank Fox (1874-1960) was an Australian born journalist, soldier, campaigner and writer of over 33 books. He was the Morning Post War Correspondent in the Balkan Wars and was attached to the Belgian Army in 1914. In 1926 he was knighted by King George V. |
